I have tested my site on many of those websites and my site ranged from $100 to $4000. It’s funny as my site is my surname as well and I write about this and that. I would never sell my site as it’s my kind of way of leaving the world behind me and just posting about what I have learned, seen and read about. Letting people know what I’m up to kind of way.

Some people make a living off starting a blog or site and then selling it. If you go to http://www.sitepoint.com and click on Marketplace, you will see many people doing so.
